Hand-dyed 100 g fiber braid in Oil Slick colorway, shown on combed Targhee top. Targhee is a fine wool with approximately 3” staple, averaging 23 microns fiber thickness. This fiber is a joy to spin! It also felts readily.
Oil Slick colorway is a watercolor-like soft blend of jewel tones, magenta and citrine and peacock and topaz gold all swirling together to mesmerizing effect.
