Leaves of Lorien Hand-Dyed Ramie Sliver (Not All Who Wander Are Lost collection)
Hand-dyed fiber braid from the Not All Who Wander Are Lost collection, Leaves of Lorien is dyed on ramie fiber. Another fairly well-known bast fiber, ramie is derived from a member of the nettle family, albeit not the stingy sort. It is white and silky, producing a high-luster and hard-wearing fabric.
Golden and green of leaf, the mallorn trees comprising Lothlorien’s forests are most striking indeed. Photos are taken in natural light with as much color fidelity as possible, but please remember that screens vary, so from one device to another it may appear slightly different.
3 oz each.
All my fibers are dyed in a smoke free, pet friendly home.
If you are interested in a larger quantity or would like to purchase Leaves of Lorien on a different fiber base, please reach out to me! I’d be thrilled to dye up a batch to order.
