Wildflowers art batt
Fiber batt made using hand-dyed fibers, Wildflowers is a blend of 75% wool (Romney/Cheviot cross, Cotswold/Wensleydale cross locks), 17% bamboo, 8% pineapple. The Romney/Cheviot and Cotswold/Wensleydale wools used in this blend are strong wools with striking lock structure and wavy crimp. This blend is particularly suited to art yarns or yarns for sturdy projects such as purses or bags. The majority of the wools used at Fat Lady’s Song are processed from raw fleeces sourced directly from nearby shepherds and farmers.
A riot of floral colors and associated greens blend in this batt to evoke a field of blooming wildflowers. Photos are taken in natural light with as much color fidelity as possible, but please remember that screens vary, so from one device to another it may appear slightly different. Batts are 4 oz each.
