Fiber batt made using hand-dyed fibers, Poppies is a blend of 97% wool (Columbia/Rambouillet, Merino/Cotswold, Cotswold/Wensleydale), and 3% bamboo. The Cotswold/Wensleydale wool used in this blend is a strong wool with striking lock structure and wavy crimp, while the Columbia/Rambouillet and Merino/Cotswold fleeces offer a softer, finer-crimp lock. These work together to provide both durability and a great hand to yarns produced from the blend, especially once the bamboo is added.
Reds and blues and yellows layer with greens, highlighted by drifty white clouds. Photos are taken in natural light with as much color fidelity as possible, but please remember that screens vary, so from one device to another it may appear slightly different.
