This is a rustic-feel yarn in a loose two-ply structure, 100% mid-weight wool but quite soft for all that. Not likely next-to-neck soft, but it would be good for a hat, or a cardigan, or mittens. Light fingering weight.

The skeins were dyed together but due to the nature of hand-painting yarns and fibers there will be slight variations from one skein to the next. If using multiple skeins in a project it is suggested to alternate between two skeins every row or two. in order to mitigate the effect of this variation.

This yarn is dyed using mill ends, meaning it is a one-off lot. If you want a larger quantity, I can attempt to find a similar yarn base to create a sister or cousin yarn, or I would also be happy to dye the colorway on a different yarn base if desired.
